  • Do you have a physical store?
    Currently, we operate online only, but stay tuned for upcoming pop-up shop events.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Afterpay (if applicable).
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
    Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Contact us immediately if you need to make changes.
  • How do I know my order was placed successfully?
    You will receive a confirmation email with your order details once your purchase is complete.
  • How long does shipping take?
    Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 2-3 business days.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping rates vary based on your location and selected shipping speed. Free shipping is available on orders over $100.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    At this time, we do not offer local pickup. All orders are shipped directly to your address.

    We currently offer store credit or exchanges only. Refunds are only issued in cases of defective or incorrect items.

    We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit or an exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
